Who we are

Dream Catcher Coffee Company is a woman-owned, American Indian coffee roaster based in Seattle, Washington. This policy covers the website at dreamcatchercoffeeco.com and the orders, accounts, and messages you send us through it.

What we collect

When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, email, shipping address, and phone number. Payments are handled by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers.

If you fill in a wholesale, fundraising, or contact form, we keep the details you submit so we can reply.

The site may set cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your cart.

How we use it

We use your information to fill orders, run subscriptions, answer inquiries, and send transactional email (receipts, shipping updates). We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share what we must with the services that run the store: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and auth), Resend (email), and our shipping carriers. QuickBooks may receive order totals for bookkeeping.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and customer-service purposes. You can ask us to delete an account; we will keep the order history the law requires.

Your choices

You can update your account profile, addresses, and password while signed in. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email us from the address on your account.

Questions about your data?

Email us and we will help you access, update, or delete the information we hold.
