The store
These terms cover purchases, subscriptions, wholesale inquiries, and fundraisers on dreamcatchercoffeeco.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and coffee
Coffee is roasted to order. Descriptions, roast level, and bag size on the product page are the offer. Prices are in US dollars. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or we cannot verify payment.
Subscriptions
Coffee Club deliveries renew on the schedule you choose until you skip, pause, or cancel from your account. You can cancel at any time before the next charge.
Fundraisers and wholesale
School fundraisers and wholesale accounts are quoted separately. Minimums, custom labeling, and delivery windows are confirmed in writing before we roast.
Returns
If a bag arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund that item. Opened coffee that was roasted and shipped as described is not returnable.
Accounts
You are responsible for the email and password on your account. Please keep them to yourself.
